As Chief Financial Officer, Noelle Grainger leads Transform’s finance and accounting team to underpin the successful commercialization of the company’s ground-breaking zero carbon producing acetylene and hydrogen technology. She is responsible for enhancing Transform’s financial resilience and advancing its dialogue with investors, ultimately providing strategic leadership to drive value creation for the company and its stakeholders.
Experience & Career
Grainger brings over 25 years of experience in leadership roles at J.P. Morgan in equities, investment research, capital markets and investment banking. Before joining Transform, she led J.P. Morgan’s top-ranked Global Equity Research business, with end to end strategic and day-to-day management responsibilities for a team of 600+ equity analysts across 25 countries with a several hundred-million-dollar budget. Prior to that she held a series of leadership roles with progressive responsibility and was a top-ranked, thought leading Equity analyst at J.P. Morgan.
- Noelle began her career at J.P. Morgan, transitioning from trainee to Equity Analyst, specializing in the consumer sector for nearly a decade before moving into broader leadership roles at the firm.
- She earned a B.S. in Marketing with a minor in International Studies - Finance and Economics from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
