Transform and DSM Nutritional Products Ltd (“DSM”) sign a licensing agreement that set forth the building of the first production unit in Florida to validate the technology. Together Transform and DSM declare the successful operation of Transform’s pilot microwave plasma plant, exceeding the required hydrogen and acetylene purity and plant reliability. DSM has licensed Transform’s patented technology for the production of its vitamins, carotenoids and nutritional ingredients.

Chart Industries Inc. (“Chart”) (NSYE: GTLS), a leading global manufacturer of liquefaction and cryogenic equipment serving multiple applications in the clean energy and industrial gas end markets, including hydrogen, announces an investment in Transform Materials in the amount of $25 million for 5% of its equity. The investment values Transform at $500 million.
Transform expands its European operations within Brightlands Chemelot Campus, an important location allowing for accelerated growth of production plants in Europe. Located in the province of Limburg, the Netherlands, the campus supports a vibrant business community, and it will facilitate testing and upscaling new processes for Transform.
