Experience & Career
Dolman brings over 18 years of experience as a trusted legal advisor. Before joining Transform, Dolman was a partner at Goodwin, a top ranked global law firm where she spent 18 years advising companies and investors in a wide variety of strategic transactions and corporate operations. While at Goodwin, Dolman served as Transform’s primary external legal counsel.
- Dolman began her career and was a partner at the firm for more than 10 years.
- Dolman obtained her J.D. from Georgetown University (magna cum laude and). She earned her B.A. Honours in Economics and Political Science at the University of Western Ontario, where she received the Gold Medal for Economics and Political Science and studied for a semester at the Economics department at the Universiteit Maastricht.
